About the role and what you'll be doing: 

  • Work closely with the VP of Global Alliances to manage go to market strategy globally.
  • Align Sales play priorities to define and develop the regional Co-Sell strategy, amplifying regional sales priorities and alignment to our Public Cloud Partners strategic offers, segments and industries. This will include working with our Alliances Directors to define metrics and reporting against sales objectives to demonstrate co-sell value to regional sales and partner leadership and the Public Cloud partners.
  • Day to day Account Growth Management responsibility and cross functional partnership lead alongside the Channels Team
  • Work with Ensono's Channel leads to expand lead pipeline by sourcing for more leads.
  • Ensure key executives with Ensono are part of Public Cloud relationships that connects at a company level.
  • Prepare and give business presentations to various hyperscale groups to educate them and promote Ensono to drive new business.
  • Work with Ensono sales and partner teams to build pipeline and new bookings growth, as well as drive adoption of co-selling by leading the following activities:
    • Build GTM collateral library for enablement of the account teams
    • Facilitating roadshows/workshops/lunch and learns with to accelerate co-sell opportunities
    • Drives metrics & reporting against strategic Co-Sell plans and measure co-sell success specifically by region.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business preferred
  • 8+ years of partner facing and/or sales experience with a knowledge of industries and the role industry use cases play
  • Self starter and innovator, ready to motivate change and demonstrate growth
  • Consistent record of building up partner relationships and pilot initiatives with different partner types in different regions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in designing/driving complex projects, programs and processes at scale
  • Highly organized, strong project management and follow-through skills
  • Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint presentation writing skills
  • A keen understanding of relationship development and influence in highly matrixed environments
  • Executive presence and credibility, including having a strong partner financial acumen.
  • Excellent intellectual and analytical skills - ability to structure problem statements and be the catalyst for uncovering new and creative ways to solve problems. Prior business development or strategy & planning experiences are a plus.
  • Proven ability to work closely with and advise senior executives (VP+)
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills with technical, contractual and financial issues as well as written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to perform research on and assist with execution on several time-sensitive project/deals at once in a fast paced environment with minimal direction.
