SCHEDULE FOR THIS POSITION IS: SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND MONDAY 2PM-10PM (MONDAY CAN HAVE A LATER SHIFT START)
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Concierges act as the first point of contact between guests and an organization. They are tasked with answering guest inquiries, directing phone calls, coordinating travel plans, and more. They must uphold company culture at all times while making guests feel welcomed and valued.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests at the front desk and answer any questions.
- Prepare and display beverage and snacks in lobby.
- Provide reception and concierge services.
- Answering phones.
- Preparing tenant correspondence.
- Tenant package services.
- Assist with event planning.
- Receive work orders.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including the company grooming standards.
- Promptly answer, record, and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Experience with hospitality/tenant services/property management preferred.
- Computer knowledge MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to act independently and make decisions.
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects and excel under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility for possible evening and weekend hours
CLASSIFICATION: Non- Exempt
- Expected Hours of Work This is a part-time position: Up to 29 hours a week
- Days and hours of work are Saturday, Sunday and Monday 2PM-10PM. (Monday flexible start hour of shift)
- Weekend and evening work may be required as job duties demand.
- Lunch break is 30 minutes daily.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
