PT Site Lead in Hampton
Weekly Pay! Hiring IMMEDIATELY! Start right away!! $17 an hour with a potential increase to $18! Monday - Friday 5:45pm-9:45pm
This Site Lead position owns delivering commercial cleaning services in the Hampton area. Expected hours would be at a minimum of 20 hours a week. This position would include managing 1 account (which includes 2 facilities less than a mile from each other) and employees. Majority of hours would be in the evening time starting around 5:45pm. Morning availability is a plus.
3-5 years previous supervisory experience
3-5 years cleaning or lead restaurant industry experience
Thrives in fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts and people.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Has a heart for service and strong customer service ethic and experience
Military experience a plus
Understanding of cost control, budgets, and financials
Good communication skills both written and spoken,
Good computer skills including Microsoft office and ability to quickly adapt new technology
Valid drivers’ license, good driving record, and access to personal vehicle
Job Duties Included, but not limited to:

- Coverage when needed (call outs, scheduled time off, and open positions)
- Ordering and maintaining inventory
- Thorough nightly inspections of both facilities
- Maintain equipment and supply area
- Nightly audit of keys/badges
