**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
At ACT1, our people make the difference. As the Procurement Support Site Lead, you will be trusted to provide overall management and coordination of the task order. Coordinating with program offices to ensure on-time submission of complete and workable requirements packages, providing justification, market research documentation, assisting to gain approvals, collaboration with COR and confirming PR package content.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Providing links to relevant resources or templates.
- Prepare pre-award documentation and post-award documentation for program requirements.
- Assisting with requirements elicitation/documentation.
- Attend weekly status meetings with programs or team lead meetings to ensure the team is aware of incoming work.
- In conjunction with the Contracting Officer, providing requiring offices a list of required documents for each PR. Providing accurate and current advice to the program office, which is tailored to the PR and federal/agency requirements.
- Coordinating with program offices to ensure on-time submission of complete and workable requirements packages. Identifying issues, which may delay PR package submission early in the process.
- Attending Integrated Procurement Team (IPT) meetings or similar, smaller scale, collaboration meetings with the requiring office and contracting team. Summarizing communications with the requiring office and recording dates of communications in the appropriate tracking tool.
- Documentation of communication shall include contact attempts, meetings, and document comments/returns/guidance.
- Assist the IPT to ensure PR documents are compliant with federal laws and regulations and applicable agency policies.
- Providing comments or guidance on business processes outside of the contracting office [e.g., Information Technology Acquisition Review (ITAR) or DD254 issuance]
- Providing administrative support to the Contracting Officer/Specialist, as needed.
Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- A minimum of ten (10) years of Government procurement experience.
- MA/MS degree required. 5 additional years of relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Prior supervisory experience in a similarly sized contract/organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience using the PRISM contract writing system, and the Federal Financial Management System (FFMS).
- Active Public Trust and DHS Suitability is required.
