PT RN / LPN

We are looking for a Part Time RN or LPN for our Wellness Center (11:00 am - 7:30 pm - Weekends and Holidays may be required).

SIGN ON BONUS $2,500.00 for PT RNs and $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR PT LPNs
Eligible for Tuition Reimbursement, Scholarship, Student Loan Pay Down programs, EAP and 403B.
We are looking for a Part Time RN/LPN for our Wellness Center; small outpatient office setting located in a CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community)
The primary purpose of this position is to provide clinical treatment in the Wellness Center, respond to emergencies and promote health maintenance. Provide direct and ongoing contact with the residents, physicians, staff members, families and vendors for the purpose of monitoring the physical, mental and social functioning of the resident in an effort to prevent or resolve health, behavioral and interpersonal challenges for the residents.

Responsibilities: Coordinates care of independent living residents.
Specifically, this person will:
Be responsible for coordinating, providing, and assisting in providing comprehensive quality patient care. Provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, referral and follow up as appropriate to the needs and health conditions of patients served. Maintains clinical and professional competency, promotes safe environment and performs all job responsibilities in safe manner.
Qualifications

• Active PA RN license
• 1+ years experience in the long term care field preferred
• Experience with the geriatric population
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to work an occasional Saturday and Sunday day shift
• Eligible to work in the US(We use E-verify)
• Mandatory COVID-19 vaccination
