Pt / Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a home setting
- Assess and evaluate patients' conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to physical therapy
- Experience in providing patient care in a home setting
- Proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Note: This job description is for a part-time position as a Physical Therapist (PT) with a focus on home health. The PT will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to home health patients, assessing their conditions, developing treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
