Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest reservations and ensure accuracy of information
- Operate phone systems to answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in operating phone systems and basic computer software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Note: Experience in the hospitality industry or previous Guest Service experience is preferred, but not required.
