Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop rapport with patients.
  • Conduct structured interview, gather data on personal information and schedule appointments.
  • Administer and score standardized psychological tests for adults and adolescents.
  • Observe and detail behavioral observations to support the psychologist in completing the evaluation.
  • Attend department meetings and supervisions.
  • Administer psychological tests, including techniques for measuring intelligence, cognitive, personality structure and pathology for the purpose of diagnosis, prognosis, planning treatment, and evaluation of progress under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.
  • Follow administration manual for each testing tool.
  • Enter testing results into report and EHR system at the conclusion of each testing session and notify clinician of testing results.
  • Keep track of patients that need testing and coordinate with other SunCloud professionals regarding testing needs.
  • Provide updates regarding testing materials needed to the Testing Psychologist Clinical Director and Executive Director
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (or related field) strongly encouraged
  • Knowledge of psychological testing instruments strongly encouraged
  • Experience working in crisis setting with individuals and families.
  • Solid organizational skills and public speaking.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
