Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive psychometric services.

• Completes Psychiatric efficacy scales and neuro-cognitive testing as delegated by the Principal Investigator
• Ensures proper capture of study data during and after clinical assessments.
• Ensures all diagnostic forms are completed by the study investigators
• Participates in and performs all required training per protocol, including attendance at national meetings.
• Completes all prerequisite testing for assigned clinical trials/protocols.
• Provide neuropsychological and psychological testing under the supervision of a licensed psychologist.
• Document behavioral observations of patients during testing.
• Administer and score psychological and neuropsychological tests as appropriate based on the administration manual for each testing tool.
• Enter test results into patient database at the conclusion of each testing session and notify supervising clinician of testing results.
• Act as a resource person or consultation liaison for physician, staff and patients regarding mental or behavioral health issues.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Psychological Assistant preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

Education:  Masters Degree in Psychology is highly preferred

 

Work Experience:   

Two years of experience with psychological assessment & evaluations

Clinical research experience preferred

Experience with psychological tools
