AddressAction Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced and dedicated clinical psychologists of all specialties to support a variety of facility types including outpatient clinics, hospitals, medical centers and more!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following. Additional duties may be assigned as needed and may vary depending on specialty.
- Delivering safe and compassionate care to patients.
- Conducting comprehensive diagnostic and biopsychosocial mental health assessments.
- Development of treatment plans for individuals, couples and families.
- Treatment of psychiatric, medical, and social disorders following evidence-based psychotherapies including individual and group.
- Assessment of suicide risk using standardized measures and recommend level of care.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk reduction services.
- Provide assessment and treatment referrals for substance use disorders or dual diagnosis.
- Complete, timely and accurate documentation and charting in provided systems.
- Completion of required training as assigned.
- Report all incidents, accidents, or potential hazards in accordance with established policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
License, Certification, Education:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
- Doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited program.
- Board certification may be required for degrees completed in an unaccredited program.
- Unencumbered psychologist license valid for the worksite state.
Requirements:
- Must complete the onboarding and hiring process including background investigation(s) and drug screening; Backgrounds must be clear of any felony convictions.
- Health Records – Hep B, TB test/chest x-ray, COVID-19 and influenza for the current season. A pre-assignment physical examination may be required.
- Language: Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language required
- Must have excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to assess situations to make independent, policy compliant decisions.
