Psychiatry Front Office

Job involves direct interaction with patients presenting to psychiatric clinic, taking phones calls, scheduling/rescheduling patient appointments, calling pharmacies regarding requested refills, calling patients regarding compliance with taking medications and presenting to lab for urine toxicology screens.

Will be required to interact t with nurse practitioners and communicate patient concerns when speaking to them in-person on over the phone.

Employee must have skills in empathy and interacting with patients even in situations where they may not be as kind as we would hope. Someone outgoing , personable and easy to talk to. High-paced work setting, so someone able to multi-task and cross train other peer employees positions.

- Bilingual a plus but not required

- MA, CNA or LVN education a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $163.95 - $179.06 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
