Currently seeking Medical Front Office staff who are also familiar with medical insurance verification/charge entry. We are a growing Podiatry practice with 8 locations across the Dallas metroplex. We are specifically hiring for our Irving location at this time. An ideal candidate would enjoy a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task. Someone who is friendly and on time is key.
Responsibilities:
- Checking the patients in and out each day
- Verifying patient insurance information prior to appointments
- Collecting copay, coinsurance, deductible and account balances
- Application of patient payments to patient account
- Scanning all patient paperwork in their chart
- Adding charges to a claim and sending the claim out
- Answering Multiline phones
- Assisting with referrals
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Schedule: M-F, 8 hour shift, the hours can vary 6:45am-5:30pm, one Saturday a month (required)
Location: We are staffing this position at our Irving location however all training would be done at our Plano location.
Our main office is located in Plano TX, with our Satellites at Dallas, Prosper, Frisco, Allen, Irving, Garland, and Coppell
Pay is determined and based off of experience.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
