Please note, that we currently have a Medical Director covering higher-level treatment but expect to expand these services in the future. Our current Medical Director will relinquish duties as an appropriate candidate trains and is able to take over those.

Position: Possible promotion to Medical Director over time – Psychiatrist on-site
Pay: $280k-$325k per year

Responsibilities:

As the Medical Director at Better Living Center, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinical vision and leading our dedicated team of mental health professionals. Key responsibilities include:

1. Clinical Leadership:
– Provide psychiatric leadership and guidance to the clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of care.
– Oversee and contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment plans for diverse client populations.

2. Administrative Oversight:
– Collaborate with executive leadership to establish and implement clinical policies and procedures.
– Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff.

3. Quality Assurance:
– Monitor and enhance the quality of psychiatric services, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
– Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices.

4. Collaboration and Team Building:
– Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care to our clients.

Our center serves a diverse clientele seeking support for various behavioral health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications:

– Board-certified Psychiatrist with a valid state medical license.
