Fidare plugs into and augments your current health care program so that you can provide your patients with a full array of behavioral health services. We serve federally qualified health care centers, skilled nursing facilities, provider and primary care groups, individual psychiatric providers with high patient loads, and other health care facilities in need of enhanced behavioral health care for their patients. We work carefully with facility leadership and primary care providers to assure the fullest continuity of care.

Provide a continuum of services aimed at providing an array of behavioral health services for children and adults. Services include prevention, treatment and interventions that promote recovery and social well-being. Will see patients ages 6 years old and up.

• Provide psychiatric and medical assessment of treatment services
• Evaluate co-existing medical conditions for potential impact
• Work in close contact with referring physician and primary care provider in the patient's care to provide an expert treatment plan
• Provide medication monitoring for clients, reviewing use of medication to determine appropriateness, presence of side effects, medical interactions, etc. at a minimum of once every 90 days

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $175.00 - $220.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
