We are looking for a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Director PRSD to join our Team and direct our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services program.

Duties Include:

• Plans and directs a comprehensive social services program which provides for support services for residents and families.
• Participates in an interdisciplinary team approach to better serve the needs of the residents.
• Serves in a management capacity as a representative of the facility administration
• Provides for therapeutic intervention to help residents cope with the social and psychological aspects of their illnesses, impairments, or disabilities

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field.
• 1+ year experience of supervisory experience.
• 3+ years’ experience working with persons with severe mental illness
