Schedule / Availability:
- Per Diem, 2 - 4 hours a week as needed
- Potential for growth, hours could increase over time.
Essential Duties including but not limited to:
- Oversee Ketamine treatments when being administered.
- Follow up with patients as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Licenses & Experience:
- Must possess current Furnishing Nurse Practitioner License.
- Familiarity with the following types of treatment: TMS, Spravato Ketamine, TMS Mapping, etc.
- Mental Health treatment experience preferred.
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Documented compliance with any state statutes and regulations governing advanced practice psychiatric mental health nursing required.
Hiring Requirements:
- Hiring is contingent upon completion of a Background Check, TB test, and clearance on a drug screen and pre-employment physical. Current First Aid and CPR certification or willing to obtain upon hire.
- For the mental health program additional requirements include receiving DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance or an exemption and a submission of a signed Criminal Record Statement (LIC 508).
