RoleThe person in this role will actively engage in day-to-day communications with Providers. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively. They must be a positive, energetic individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. Will communicate frequently and effectively on both inbound and outbound calls to healthcare professionals.
- Effectively manage follow-up calls and emails.
- Process, record, and track Provider contracts in CRM and spreadsheets.
- Monitor faxes, files, and other sources of incoming Provider data notifications to ensure that Provider Network data is processed promptly.
- Maintain electronic and hard copies and ensure they go into the appropriate storage spaces.
- Update provider records and review for completeness and accuracy
- Manage Provider contracting activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide reports as requested.
- Synthesize and report on data on the size, growth, and spread of NationsHearing's Provider Network.
- Draft, send, track, and update Provider terminations.
- Coordinate with Credentialing to reconcile gaps in information on providers between our system and the Credentialing Report.
- Create presentations as needed.
- Special Projects as needed.
- Overflow duties, as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience required
- Two years of work experience in a related position
- Ability to work independently
- Intermediate skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- High level of organization with outreach activities, tracking, and follow-up
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional presentation and demeanor
