Property Resident Manager

Immediate opening for an experienced OnsiteResident Apartment Manager involving oversight of the daily operations of a multi-resident apartment complex in Cudahy, California.

Qualifications:

· Must be Bilingual with fluency in both English and Spanish.

· Have At least three (3) years of experience in property management/onsite management or a related field such as real estate with office experience

· Provide outstanding customer service to all.

· Be dependable, responsible, and punctual.

· Be self-driven team player with great follow through.

· Have strong problem-solving skills with an ability to independently address issues and resolve disputes.

· Act independently in face-to-face situations using judgment, tact, and discretion.

· Read and interpret rental agreements, government regulations and understand budgets.

· Be handy and skilled at using basic tools such as drills and clearing basic stoppage.

· Be computer literate and smart phone savvy and have basic math skills.

· Able to use software programs such as the Microsoft suite.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and be organized.

· Must follow through with work orders.

The successful candidate will have an ability to prepare effective business correspondence and effectively communicate. Value and exhibit effective and courteous partnerships with co-workers (whether assigned to the same property or assisting from another property) by maintaining professional standards of conduct at all times. The successful candidate will also ensure superior curb-appeal, timely and quality unit turn-around and overall maintenance of our complex at all times. Ability to Bend, Lift, and Crawl is required. Person in this position is required to lift up to 35 lbs.

Schedule: Work hours are flexible but would be mostly Monday to Friday and must be logged and reported daily. The successful candidate would be expected to respond to emergencies after normal business hours including weekends. This is a PART-TIME position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Active Tenant Management

· Customer Service/Tenant Relations

· Rent Collections

· Record Keeping

· Must get rent ready apartments

· Attention to detail and follow through

· Full Custodial Maintenance

· General Maintenance

· Onsite Leasing

· Ensure Legal and Procedural Compliance as applicable

· Expense Control

· Vendor and Maintenance oversight

· Any other duties or other responsibilities that may be assigned
