Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager/Personal Assistant to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent organizational and communication skills, QuickBooks is a must.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including renewing leases, rent collection and bookkeeping, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Advertise and market available units
- Prepare and execute lease agreements
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions, including rent payments and expenses
Small office is home to three other employees
Pay is conditional upon experience.
Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
