Property Manager

As the RV Park Property Manager, you will not only be the face of our park but also play a crucial role in ensuring its smooth operation and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Rent Collection: Efficiently collect rents and manage financial transactions to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Customer Service Excellence: Interact with RV park guests, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including maintenance, landscaping, and cleanliness of the RV park grounds.
• Reservations and Check-Ins: Manage reservation systems, facilitate check-ins, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Rules and Regulations: Enforce RV park rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Financial Management: Handle financial transactions, including paying invoices, monitor budgets, and ensure the efficient collection of fees.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in writing notices and effectively communicating with both English and Spanish-speaking guests. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are ideally preferred.
• Rent Manager Experience: Previous experience with Rent Manager software is preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn and adapt to our management systems.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management, preferably in the hospitality or RV park industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and basic financial management.
• Good written communication and software skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred.
• Knowledge of RV park regulations and best practices.
• Ideally bilingual with proficiency in Spanish.
