JohnHart Real Estate is a dynamic leader in the real estate industry, boasting 14 offices and a team of over 450 agents committed to providing exceptional service in real eatate sales and purchases. Our collaborative environment focuses on achieving collective goals and delivering the highest level of service to our clients. We are now looking to expand our team with the addition of an In-House Property Manager, specialized in managing our diverse real estate portfolio.
Your Role as a Property Manager:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the management of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, profitable, and align with JohnHart’s standards.
- Coordinating with maintenance teams to address repairs and upkeep promptly.
- Regularly inspecting properties to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Creating and managing budgets for property operations, including cost analysis and optimization.
- Marketing vacant properties, overseeing the leasing process, and ensuring a high occupancy rate.
- Handling rent collection, addressing late payments, and resolving tenant-related issues efficiently.
- Preparing detailed reports on property performance, finances, and occupancy.
- Ensuring all properties comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Developing strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Qualities and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Property Manager, particularly in a similar real estate environment.
- Strong knowledge of property management and its financial aspects.
- Familiarity with local property laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
- A positive, solution-focused, and respectful approach to all tasks.
Education, Training, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
- Experience in managing multiple properties is highly desirable.
