Property Manager

Overview: James West Capital is seeking an exceptional Asset Professional to join our team. This position requires managing homes, vehicles and property maintenance. There are several homes and many vehicles of all types, all of which must be cleaned, maintained, and organized. Not housekeeping. Former military or law enforcement preferred, but not required. Qualifications:
Ability to lift, move and sometimes carry heavy things. A knowledge of and skills using general tools including pressure washers, hand tools, drills, saws, driving a tractor with a snowblower etc.

Strong organizational and time management skills with an extreme sense of personal responsibility and must be highly organized and detail oriented.

Previous experience in maintenance or related trades with mechanical understanding is highly desirable

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and bring fresh good ideas about organization of spaces and things.

Proficiency in troubleshooting common home maintenance issues.

Additional Information: Equivalent yearly salary range $70k-$90k yearly depending on qualifications; signing bonus and relocation package is possible for the perfect candidate. Benefits package including paid vacation, sick days and some schedule flexibility.
