Property Management Part Time Opportunity

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who wants to join our growing Property Management team on a Part Time basis that includes all the operations from advertising vacant properties to tenant relations and inspections. A Property Manager needs to be independent, enjoy autonomy, a self-starter and can make decisions without a lot of oversight.

Current responsibilities include:

• Attracting new tenants through advertising, property viewings, and encouraging referrals.
• Setting rental rates, negotiating and enforcing lease agreements.
• Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses.
• Point of Contact for property owners and residents; Set new leasing pricing and renewals; exceeding key performance indicators (KPI).
• Application approval and lease confirmation
• Troubleshoot highest matters.
• Oversees collections /evictions / compliance
• Initiates all notice documents

Competencies:

• Experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of property regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience in Appfolio preferred.
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management tools.
• Understanding of marketing and accounting principles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Work Remotely

• Yes - Flexible Work Schedule in office.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
