Job Title: Property Accountant
Pay: $65k-$70k/yr.

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is in search of a Property Accountant to join the team of a Real Estate Management Group located in Denver, CO! The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Controller, the Regional Managers, and the Property Managers to ensure accurate, timely, and complete property execution from a financial standpoint.
Job Highlights:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- Provides accounting support for multiple client-owned properties, which requires great communication and customer support to internal and external partners
- Daily accounting duties include account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and general ledger error corrections, payment applications
- Prepare monthly reports as needed for financial statement packages
- Month end duties include operational expense review for accuracy, prepare and submit journal entries
- Assist in quarterly, interim, and yearly audits
What we look for:
- 3+ years’ Accounting experience
- Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
