JD Home Rentals is actively seeking to hire a full-time Property Manager to manage our properties in Hanford and Selma. One year of experience in Customer Service & Property Management. We will train the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
- Obtain all necessary signatures on listing agreement, disclosures and other necessary documentation.
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Provide proactive daily feedback to renters regarding all showings and move-ins.
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
- Serve notices to tenants.
- Accompany prospective tenant to property site and discuss conditions of rentals and any questions the prospective tenant may have.
- Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: One year of experience in Customer Service & Property Management (Required)
- Language: Fluent in Spanish (Required)
- Schedule: Property Managers must be comfortable working 6 days a week, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
