Property Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Responding to resident maintenance requests. Cleaning , painting and maintaining apartments. Grounds keeping as needed. On-call every other week.

Must be a team player

Must have a valid Drivers License

Must have a reliable form of transportation

1+ years maintenance experience preferred

HVAC certification preferred

Lifting over 50lbs

Must pass felony criminal background check!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.77 - $19.41 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
