TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Property Inventory Analystfor a Premier Federal agency that's mission involves Seizure & forfeiture operations.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Enter asset detail, disposition and expenses information into the client database
- Assist the client with preparing real property pre-seizure analysis
- Assist the client with the preparation of custody receipt forms, and preparation of asset consignment and disposition orders using templates provided by the client
- Review official use requests, destruction certificates, disposition memos, and enter required information into the client's database
- Assist the client with monthly, quarterly, and annual property reconciliation and inventory reports
- Assist the client with reviewing seizure files prior to closing to ensure that property disposition has been properly accomplished and documented
- Other related duties as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen.
- Associate degree
- Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
- One year of related work experience
- An additional two years of data analysis work experience that demonstrates records management or property management (along with a High School Diploma or GED Certificate) may be substituted for the education requirement.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally, and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data
- Ability to report to the client site Monday - Friday; no remote work option
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Public Trust Security Clearance
Background Investigation:
This position requires that you obtain a Public Trust Tier 4a/BI (Background Investigation) Suitability Assessment from our client. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
