Property Inspector

On Q Property Management is looking for a full-time Property Inspector to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona!

This is a critical role for our operations! In this position, you will serve as the eyes and ears of each property for our internal operations!

The position entails going to both occupied and vacant properties that are managed by On Q Property Management to inspect the condition, take pictures, and document your findings. You do not need to be a professional/licensed inspector. However, the position does require being thorough, detailed, efficient, and managing your time professionally.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving - You need an active driver's license & good driving record. Logo-wrapped On Q Car will be provided for work purposes.
• Using Mobile Technology - On Q has its very own Inspection App to inspect properties and benefits from using the latest technology.
• Inspecting Properties - Take pictures & record detailed notes of your findings so excellent written communication and attention to detail is a MUST!

Job Requirements:
