Job Description
We are seeking full or part time employees to help us expand our availability and grow our network in El Paso, TX.

Job Requirements:
Must be fluent in English.
Valid driver’s license and must have own vehicle adequate for traveling for work
Must be willing to travel within a 60-mile radius of your personal residence.
Home Inspection Certification or willingness to pursue one
High school or equivalent (preferred)
Pay:
Up to $75,000.00 per year based on experience and availability
Pay is based on a commission depending on a percent take home of the completed job.
Take home pay is based on a percent of revenue on inspections completed. This is 30-40%
take home under most circumstances.
Opportunities for pay increases by up-selling.
Both part-time and full-time positions available. Part time depending on availability and
desired schedule.

Inspector will be provided a calendar of inspections, typically 2 inspections per day for a full
time employee.
All subscriptions and memberships are paid.
E&O Insurance and GL Insurance are provided by NPI.
Software (Spectora) and others will be provided by NPI.
Professional development assistance for furthering inspection education (i.e. termite, mold,
radon, sewer scoping, etc.)
Job Requirements:
Understand the importance of quality and consistent customer service
Examine a range of systems across different residential structures (such as checking attics, electrical panels, crawl spaces, and roofs)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Great listening skills.
Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional
conversations with real estate agents and clients.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
