We're seeking an organized and hands-on individual to take on the crucial role of Property Inspection and Inventory Coordinator. This role involves conducting pre-HUD inspections of potential property owners, overseeing minor repairs, and preparing furniture inventory forms to ensure properties meet required standards and are adequately furnished for disaster relief efforts.

Responsibilities:- Conduct pre-HUD inspections of properties to assess their suitability for FEMA Direct Lease or similar programs.
- Coordinate and perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks to bring properties up to required standards.
- Create comprehensive furniture inventory forms for each property, documenting all items and ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with property owners and maintenance teams to address any identified issues and ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, repairs conducted, and furniture inventory for proper documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of inspections And Inventory preparation.
- Assist in developing and implementing efficient processes for property assessments And Inventory management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Property Inspections, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to conduct thorough inspections and identify necessary repairs or improvements.
- Proficiency in minor repair tasks related to properties (e.g., basic plumbing, carpentry, painting).
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in preparing inventory forms.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with property owners, maintenance personnel, and team members.
- Familiarity with HUD standards and requirements is advantageous.
- Capacity to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet Inspection And Inventory deadlines.
- Successfully completed formal electrician apprenticeship
- Degree from electrician school is required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Clear communicator and can speak with tact and courtesy when dealing with customers
- Must have valid electrician license
