Essential Job Skills:
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong accuracy: This role requires capturing complex data without errors, ensuring the quality and credibility of the final site plans.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written): Effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a professional tone.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with laser measuring tools, 3D cameras, aerial maps, and software for data recording and mapping is crucial; so familiarity or the ability to learn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills: Managing personal travel plans, meeting deadlines, and efficiently prioritizing tasks.
- Physical fitness and agility: Climbing ladders, working outdoors in varied weather conditions, and using hand tools.
- Problem-solving and adaptability: Unexpected situations may arise, so the ability to find solutions and adapt to changing circumstances is vital.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $22 to $24 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Additional Experience Desired:
- Experience in property surveying or data collection: Prior experience in similar roles is advantageous but not necessarily required.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation: This role requires independent work and initiative, so a dedicated and motivated individual is ideal.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills: The ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients for smooth project execution.
- Travel flexibility and adaptability: Frequent travel required, including extended trips away from home with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
- Resilience and ability to handle pressure: Resilience and composure while working outdoors in various weather conditions to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, almost 100% travel, and sometimes away from home for 10-14 days with 2-4 days between trips.
- Access to a reliable vehicle capable of carrying a 7-foot extension ladder and handling long-distance drives.
- Physical fitness to lift at least 50 pounds independently.
- Comfort working around animals, insects, or other elements often found in and around commercial properties
