Job Description: We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our Promotion Team and engage with the local community to promote our training services and job placement programs. As a Promotion Team Member, you will be responsible for distributing flyers and brochures, speaking with people about our services, and generating interest in our programs.

Responsibilities:

· Visit local businesses, community centers, and other public locations to distribute promotional materials such as flyers and brochures.

· Engage with individuals in the community to inform them about our training services and job placement programs.

· Answer questions and provide information about our programs, including eligibility requirements, benefits, and enrollment procedures.

· Collect contact information from interested individuals and follow up with them to provide additional details and assistance.

· Represent our company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

· Collaborate with the Promotion Team Leader and other Team Members to coordinate promotional activities and achieve targets.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience in promotional or marketing roles preferred but not required.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.

· Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Reliable transportation to travel to different locations within the local area.

· Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
