Promotions Manager

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure excellent and consistent customer service.
• Develop and communicate all property promotional and special events schedule and details in a timely and effective manner with impacted departments to ensure coordination and success of all events.
• Monitor approved events and promotions expenditures with emphasis on quality and within budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure accurate and timely development of special event and promotion proforma and P&L.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulatory guidelines for all promotions and special events.
• Work with Marketing Department Director to produce all appropriate materials for all special events and promotions and coordinate all decorations and promotional themes.
• Ensure promotional literature is properly displayed throughout property.
• Assists with the dissemination of special event and promotional information throughout the department and throughout the entire organization.
• Monitor and track results of all  promotions and special events to accurately measure their success.
• Maintain files and accurate records of all promotions and special events.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

$50,000+ annually based on experience
