Job Title:Promotions Assistant
Reports to: Promotions Director or other designated member of management team

Headquartered in the heart of New York City, MediaCo is a fast-growing company with a fun atmosphere and work culture. We are currently seeking a Promotions Assistant who will work closely with our Promotions Director to provide administrative, logistic and creative assistance to the promotions, sales and programming departments.
KEY FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:
- Responsibilities include executing station promotions including remote events, van appearances as well as other promotions and marketing activities.
- Coordinates prize fulfillment including inventory maintenance, release forms, contest prize inventory, prize sheets, and release forms.
- Event set up, to include hanging banners, setting up and breaking down of equipment tents and other elements related to the promotions.
- Capture and recap promotional events via photos, video, audio, and social media, etc.
- Drive promotional vehicles to events.
- Performs additional duties assigned or as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Previous experience in outdoor promotions and/or marketing/customer service a plus.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Must be willing to work weekends or non-traditional work hours as needed.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and social media platforms a plus.
- Job requires standing for long periods and ability to lift objects weighing 30 + lbs.
- Must have valid driver’s license, excellent driving record and proof of insurability.
