Summary of position:
This role will report to the COO of Allianz Technology of America and provide efficient framework to ensure global priorities are achieved as a part of the greater leadership objectives and goals. Topics of responsibility will be diverse and ever changing with a backbone focus on data/ project management and processes. Manage commitments and promises to/from our teams within ATA and AT. This position is responsible for overseeing data and assigned project initiatives and coordinating them with the rest of the unit leadership team. Works across key ATA and AT functions with strategic leaders to formulate recommendations. This position requires a reasonable understanding of the key support areas and how significant issues will impact and affect the COO, ATA, and AT organization, this role is a great growth opportunity for an individual to learn to collaborate, lead projects and drive business outcomes while supporting the best interest of the COO and the greater organization.
What you do:
Partnership with and help to align COO and leaders on projects, initiatives, and business priorities with a focus on data management and data strategy, among other duties as assigned. Will act as a resource to COO and senior management, recommending solutions and facilitating decision-making that supports the overall goals of assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the COO to lead assigned initiatives related to the goals and priorities of the organizational unit
- Ensure COO business unit is following through on commitments to data and process improvement
- Requires reasonable understanding of key support areas and how significant issues will impact and affect the COO
- Will act as a partner to leadership regarding the facilitation of decision making and recommending of solutions
- Responsible to develop timelines, clear conditions of satisfaction, maintain communication and meet deadlines.
- Will drive business initiatives and connectivity with ELT SLT and our various business partners and the OE’s we serve
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned: will have frequent contact with executive and senior-level business leaders, must be able to effectively advise, guide and influence decision making and will need to operate with a very high degree of independence
Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years’ experience technology, project management related.
- Six Sigma experience preferred

- 2 days/week on-site in Golden Valley, MN
