Job Description
The Projects and Systems Associate plays a vital role in advancing Safety Plus's mission by supporting the successful completion of company-wide initiatives and ensuring the seamless functioning of our operational systems. Through configuring and maintaining mission-critical systems, as well as ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data within those systems, this role helps to facilitate the effective execution of our safety solutions.
ResponsibilitiesRoutine System Audits and Reporting:
Conduct regular audits of company systems to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Generate reports summarizing system performance and any identified issues or improvements.
Data Entry and Periodic Updates:
Manage data entry tasks and maintain accurate records within company systems.
Perform periodic updates to ensure information is current and relevant.
General Administrative Assistance:
Provide administrative support to the VP of Projects and Systems Management, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.
Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and formatting.
Account Configuration and Access Management:
Configure accounts within systems to ensure correct company and employee access levels.
Monitor and manage user permissions to maintain security and compliance standards.
Workflow Optimization:
Collaborate with team members to build workflows that maximize efficiency in operational processes.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
System Capabilities Research:
Conduct research on system capabilities to facilitate process improvements and enhance productivity.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to system management.
Project Logistics Organization:
Utilize company software to organize project logistics.
Document important action items and ensure timely follow-up on project-related tasks.

Proven experience in system administration, data management, or administrative support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with various software applications.
4-year college degree in Business, Education, or a related field
Familiarity with project management concepts and software tools is a plus.
