- The estimated work week consists of a minimum of 50 hours.
- Minimum 50 hours per week to be billed.
- Per diem billed 7 days/week
- Oversee and conduct planning and design of natural gas piping and related aboveground facilities for Distribution and Transmission pipelines
- in the construction of Incinerator facility
- Perform FEED studies
- Interact with client leaders to ensure project meet scope, schedule, and budget
- Perform technical analysis review of designs and manage subconsultant design work
- Understand and apply client and industry engineering specifications to projects
- Supervise, develop, and mentor technical staff
- Interact with client’s management and engineer department to facilitate project efforts
- Project management and supervisory support
- Provide engineering support to underground and above ground gas storage facilities
- Participate in new business development activities – developing proposals, conducting client presentations, exploring opportunities for additional revenue and project
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering, or related field of study
- 10+ years of experience in natural gas or pipeline industry
- Experience in process design and/or hydrogen a plus
- Professional Licensed Engineer or the ability to obtain a PE license required
- Strong understanding of construction and engineering practices
- Thorough understanding of Gas Industry specifications and 49 CFR Parts 191 & 192
- Ability to perform hydraulic analysis studies
- In-depth knowledge of technical specifications for bidding documents
- Familiarity with resource management and scheduling
- Working knowledge of computer-aided design software and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering required (i.e AutoCAD, Microstation, Plant 3D, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel on short notice.
