Position Description:

• What you'll be able to do:
• Collaborate with business customers and Operations Analytics Quality Analytics Product Group to properly decompose and prioritize initiatives
• Help define and communicate product vision and delivery with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with peer product owners to prioritize items where the effort or realized value spans across products and ensure optimal value delivery for the overall product line and product group Partner with product manager to ensure the entire product team is empowered and optimizing members' contributions
• Establish and support process for agile Product Driven Operating model (PDO) execution and integration with Data Factory teams
• Establish and measure relevancy and value delivery metrics
• Drive consistency of best practices within the product team
• Support the prioritization of advanced analytic research needed to advance the product's capabilities
• Leverage knowledge of analytic development and deployment to provide optimal analytics insight and predictive power
• Promote and facilitate learning and development needs, leveraging the centralized L&D team
• Promote an engaged, diverse, equitable and inclusive team

Skills Required:

• 1+ years of experience working in a team environment, supporting customer/end users
• 1+ years of experience implementing and maintaining successful cross functional demand and integration management

Skills Preferred:

• Ability to deep dive complex processes and break them down to understand the nuances of how they work and connect with other processes
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with proven abilities to communicate complex topics to leaders and peers in a simple, clear, plan oriented manner
• Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate well with others, solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in an environment where problems are not always well-defined
• Passion to keep the team motivated to drive for outcomes, encourage a sense of urgency, and develop with an attention to detail

Experience Required:

• 1+ years of experience with agile and lean workflow management methodologies (e.g. Kanban)
• 1+ years of experience with project management tools (Confluence/Jira and Rally)
• 1+ years of experience writing SQL queries
• 1+ years of experience in data visualization (Looker, Qlik, etc.)

Experience Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience with PDO Model
• 2+ years of experience leading an analytic team in a product owner role
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with data modeling, data mining, machine learning algorithms or statistical analysis
• Direct experience in the automotive quality/quality analytics domain

Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics or Engineering degree
Education Preferred:
Advanced Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics or Engineering degree
