The position of Project Quality Manager establishes the standards for all project quality efforts including: analysis of current business architecture, elicitation of requirements, documentation and analysis of requirements, establishing plans for testing activities (functional, system integration, regression, performance, and workflow), management of testing activities, and validation.
Behavioral Criteria: The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of business domain knowledge coupled with a combination of process experience, transformation talent, methodology skills, and a winning personality that helps with communication and business change management. In addition, they will possess experience with the quality control paradigm and supporting activities associated with the system development lifecycle. An ideally suited candidate is someone with a structured and methodical approach to work.

Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a quality assurance supervisory role with business analysis experience preferred.
