Commercial Real Estate Investor seeking F/T individual to assist in overseeing renovation projects, (Sub-contractors and in house construction team), coordinate future property budgets/bids, interact with commercial tenants including at times showing vacant space, assist in maintenance coordination, building officials, towns, health dept, fire marshals etc.
Individual MUST have experience in all facets of construction. Extremely helpful if bilingual in English and Spanish. Must be extremely trustworthy and have references. Bonding may be required (at company's expense)
Position will require extreme organizational skills along with multi tasking ability as the existing portfolio includes more than 50 properties in CT with 3-5 projects continually ongoing.
Ownership seeking a right hand type individual with primary focus on managing commercial project renovation manpower. In depth construction experience mandatory!
