Trulite is GROWING!We are looking for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will play a key role in documenting, planning, and executing projects on time and within budget. This role includes coordinating between Sales, CAPEX, Finance, and Operations

You possess the necessary leadership, time management, and organization skills to create and implement successful deliverables. You are results-oriented and have a continuous improvement mindset. You are capable of clearly and concisely communicating, at any level, resulting in the necessary buy-in to successfully accomplish set goals.

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related field required
• 5+ years successfully managing projects within a manufacturing environment, to include operations and sales
• PMP Certification preferred
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills while handling multiple competing priorities
• Effective and persuasive communicator who's able to tailor their message to the audience
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in detecting issues and problem-solving
• Ability to handle confidential information with discernment and sensitivity
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships with peers and key stakeholders
• Ability to travel as needed (up to 50% travel)

What you will be doing:

• Build a comprehensive project plan outlining key activities, owners, dates, and deliverables for: vendor management, CAPEX planning, operations, and other areas as assigned
• Create and utilize a process to provide updates in project management platform
• Host and attend regular check-ins and updates with relevant collaborators and stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop and implement contingencies as necessary to avoid project delay
• Create a full list of vendors and ensure those relationships are maintained throughout the entirety of the project
• Ensure the project achieves its intended returns (EBITDA)
• Confirm that operations and sales can reasonably and quickly leverage the project outcomes
• Take precautions to avoid reportable safety incidents related to the project – before, during, or after installation
• Guarantee that quality is maintained for our end-customer
• Work with the Transformation Office to develop a documented playbook
• Other duties as assigned
