Job Description
The general duties are as follows:
• Oversee and coordinate projects for the organization
• Work with the CEO to identify and prioritize projects based on strategic goals to ensure timely completion within budget and in alignment with strategic goals of organization.
• Provide strategic support to the CEO, including research, analysis, and recommendations
• Initiate and oversee interdependent projects to enable other divisions to achieve their respective Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in furtherance of the company's OKRs
• Develop project plans and schedules, including tasks, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate project teams, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including team members, executives, and external partners
• Monitor and report on project status, identifying risks and issues, and proposing solutions
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure that projects stay within budget constraints
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness
• Act as a liaison between project teams and other departments to ensure smooth project delivery
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Business Management, Business Management or closely related
Compensation Range:
$62,192 - $70,000 per year
