Project Manager, Studio A
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing your team’s projects from brief to completion and supporting the Sr. Project Manager on large campaigns, while also maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Your primary focus will be partnering with a creative team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with stakeholder provided brief specifications. You are a go-getter, relationship builder, incredibly organized, and love working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the main point of contact and a strategic partner for your team’s projects, working closely with a Sr. Project Manager, stakeholders, the Studio A creative team, and producers.
Plan creative and external resources against the needs of every project and work closely with the Portfolio Director and Sr. Project Manager on overarching project schedules.
Set, organize and facilitate team meeting agendas, notes, materials and follow ups.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, to drive consistency and quality of project deliverables.
Be the ultimate point of accountability for quality of work delivered; provide feedback and direction before presenting to clients, raise awareness of all project issues/risks and proactively find solutions.
Use project management software/tools (Workfront) to track tasks, timelines, resources and approve team timesheets.
Manage post-production of photo or video deliverables as directed.
Develop status reports and collaborate with creative leads to optimize resource allocation.
Proactively identify, analyze, prioritize, and communicate potential project risks.
Ensure resources are assigned and driving the most critical digital priorities.
As conflicts arise within projects, identify solutions and contribute to their resolution in a timely and appropriate manner, escalating to Sr. Project Manager and Portfolio Director if necessary.
Point of escalation for creative resourcing concerns to wider team, and Portfolio Director.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Comfortable working in Microsoft Office Suite, Figma, and other tools
In-depth knowledge of modern project-management software, especially Workfront
Experience managing risks and stakeholders
Experience collaborating across teams to define and implement new processes
Willingness to give and receive honest, direct and thoughtful feedback
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to learn quickly and produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment
Experience directing a small team of creatives
Solutions-oriented approach
Experience in resource management and project monitoring/trafficking
Fluent in English, both verbally and written
SEO experience a plus
Soft Skills:
Ability to quickly adapt to changing business processes and partners.
Strong communications and negotiating skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various levels in person and/or remotely.
Good people skills, comfortable collaborating with Project Managers, art directors, designers and copywriters with a wide variety of personality types.
Requisite Education and Experience:
College degree, or equivalent industry experience.
3+ years of relevant project management experience.
Project Management certification preferred.
Digital campaign activation experience preferred.
