Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager role in High Point, NC! This is a fully on-site, direct hire position. We are looking for someone who has at least 3 years of hospitality/custom furniture project management experience. You must be able to read and interpret design plans, drawings and have CAD and Sketch-Up familiarity.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all communication with our clients and our factory
Responsible for generating highly detailed quotations
Review and revise CAD drawings
Coordinate development of approval samples
Develop mock-up requirements through drawing revisions
Create critical timeline requirements
Guide clients through product application and material selections options
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred
At least 3 years of hospitality/custom furniture project management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Adobe and CAD
Familiar with CAD and Sketch-Up
Experience working with independent sales reps, dealers, architects and Interior designers
Ability to read and interpret design plans, drawings, etc.
Strong problem solving skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced role
Deadline driven
Strong organizational skills
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
