FEFA LLC is a dynamic organization at the forefront of managing complex projects for government entities. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager specializing in Records Management to join our team.
As a Records Management Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multifaceted projects, from inception to successful delivery, serving as the principal Contract Manager for our organization. The role demands effective communication and collaboration with project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables align with objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of independence and collaborative spirit, contributing to moderately complex aspects of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
- Act as the primary interface between the Contractor and Government representatives.
- Manage project activities, administrative tasks, and programmatic functions.
- Determine and monitor budget and human resource requirements to ensure timely project completion.
Personnel Management:
- Supervise up to 40 contractor personnel, ensuring high-quality productivity.
- Address employee issues, facilitate communications, and conduct hiring as necessary.
- Maintain staffing levels, manage work schedules, and provide monthly status and quality reports.
Records Management Expertise:
- Possess extensive experience in records management programs.
- Oversee the program management of all tasks relevant to the project, ensuring productivity output standards are met.
- Demonstrate expertise in information and records management applications, with a focus on records inventory management systems/applications administration.
- Understand records development, data integrity maintenance, space management, records type structures, and data retrieval.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in records management programs.
- Strong understanding of records development, data integrity maintenance, space management, and data retrieval.
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems and archival processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing large teams, addressing employee issues, and conducting hiring processes.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in records management.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Project Management Certification preferred.
- Top Secret (TS) clearance required and must be current.
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in information and records management applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze processing patterns and recommend solutions.
- Proven experience managing teams, ensuring optimal operational processes.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Subject matter expertise in operational processing and filing-related issues.
