JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Project Manager role will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and resources to drive project success, meet objectives, and exceed customer expectations. This position reports to the VP of Technology.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and establish project objectives, timelines, and milestones.
3. Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
4. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans to proactively address potential issues and ensure project success.
6. Monitor and control project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
7. Ensure effective and timely communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates, status reports, and risk assessments.
8. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and continuous improvement.
9. Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to capture lessons learned, identify areas for improvement, and enhance future project delivery.
10. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
11. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
13. Own project schedules and dashboards using Smartsheet, Pinnacle’s current project schedule platform.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
1. At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferable in a mature Project Management Office.
2. PMP certification or industry certification.
3. Exceptional influencing and team development skills.
4. Proficient in Project Management Software.
5. Position requires organizational and planning skills as well as strong oral and written communications.
6. Superior organizational skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects with high priority.
7. The ability to work/lead others through aggressive challenges, obstacles, deadlines, and changes is required.
8. Ability to perform root cause analysis on issues encountered during project delivery and devise course correction and ‘get to green’ plans.
9. Inspire – Inspire others, creates vision and strategy, energizes others.
10. Experience within the healthcare sector a plus

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
