Job Description
Candidates should be energetic, interested in initiating and coordinating projects. Familiarity with computer operations (Windows& Mac), Microsoft Office and basic drafting programs is mandatory.
The Project Manager will spend the their time in-house and at projects sites throughout the greater Pacific Northwest area and remotely support projects in California.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental, biological, geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, or related discipline.
- 5-7+ years of previous work experience performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)
- 40-hour HAZWOP certification
- Ability to effectively interact with clients, regulatory agencies, field operations, technical staff and subcontractors
- Competent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong written and organizational abilities and strict attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Willing to travel, work evenings and weekends as projects require
- Be in good physical health and able to wear respiratory and other personal protective equipment
- Ability to climb ladders, navigate crawl spaces, lift/carry equipment (generally up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods oftime.
