PM will be hosting and controlling a migration bridge with Cell Site Field Technicians and PCO DACs Engineers. Purpose of the bridge is to migrate sites from T-1s provided by the ILEC to Ethernet fiber already in place and in service.

STANDARD RATE CARD TOOL:
Responsible for all aspects of assigned project/projects for or within the Network organization delivering the project within the identified timeframe and at or below budget.
oSingle Point of contact on end to end management of assigned (large,/multiple) projects, completing projects within allotted timeline and budget.
oClarifies and develop project scope, detailed work plans, schedules, objectives, estimates coordinates activities of the project team, identifying resources and implementation strategy.
oConducts project status meetings, project reporting, and is responsible for project tracking and analysis, including project interdependencies.
oCollaborates across multiple functions to ensure adherences to quality standards, internal processes, reviews project deliverables. To drive to required project results.
oIdentifies, recommends and takes action to drive the analysis, solutions resolution to all issues/roadblocks in a timely fashion.
oProvides overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams that typically span multiple organizations, markets and outside suppliers/vendors. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team.
oRecommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
oCommunication with stakeholders, internal clients, vendors and executive leadership.
oPreferred Bachelor of Business/Engineering/Math/Science degree or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of telecommunications network infrastructure Project Management structure and lifecycle, cellular network deployment and cellular network infrastructure including ability to assimilate complex technical interdependencies that may drive project requirements.
oWireless / Cellular Network deployment experience and Wireless Engineering Principles. Minimum 8 years managing large complex Network technical projects preferably with a fortune 500 company. Understanding of Network Equipment/Architecture systems and operations .
oExcellent communication skills (oral/written). Strong relationship building and negotiation skills with the ability to recognize and solve problems Process oriented and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
oMS Office software suite, including MS project Visio experience .
Provide trouble shooting as needed.
Responsible for adherence to the MOP and process flow.
Full responsibility to make determination when a site must be rolled back to original configuration.
Responsible for all documentation.
ROLE SPECIFIC:
Successful candidate will be an expert in Excel & Granite.
NPWs are needed to help manage one of two transport programs in a given market: The GSM-over-Ethernet (GSMoE) program manages the migration of cell site transport circuits from TDM to Ethernet. Each project manager will be given the responsibility for managing this work on a specific set of sites in a specific geographic area. Each geographic area will cover one or more states.
Extensive experience successfully managing large, complex, technical projects (5 years minimum)

oDesired but not Required PMP certification. Must have recent and extensive experience working in the following Telecommunication systems:
1. Granite: Given a USID be able to identify all active T-1 paths supporting GSM cabnet(s), the OAM Link, and the LMU DS0 channel.
2. IWOS: Must be able to Create and Submit effective and error free IWOS to appropriate functional group/team. Must be able to locate and properly status of existing IWOSs.
3. Rosetta: Must be able to locate specific LMUs and provide current status.
4. Site Locator: Must be able to conduct "Survailence" of selected GSM cabnet(s), determine status of individual T-1s, OAM link, current alarms, and any trouble tickets active against GSM cabnets.
