Acra Lending is hiring! The experienced Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.
This position will be in-office. On-site located in Irvine, California.
Responsibilities:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Manage project teams consisting of both internal and external resources
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Escalate issues as needed and make decisions regarding project changes
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Credentials and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of project management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma certification preferred

Pay Range: $79,000 - $106,000 Annually. Our pay range is based upon experience, education, location and qualifications.
