Global Dynamics is seeking a talented Project manager to work at our corporate office in Columbia, MD. The ideal candidate must have an established record of working within the Federal Sector on Procurement in Healthcare, Administrative, and Acquisition support tasks. Familiarity with ATS systems and niche recruiting sites catering to the Federal Sector is a must.

Responsibilities;
- Develop and execute recruiting plans;
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives, job fairs, etc.
- Administrative duties and record-keeping
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
- Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
- Client Relations: Develop and Maintain positive relationships with key Government Clients.
- Talent Management: Maintain required fill rates
- Travel is required; visiting the clients site to meet government officials and employees ( 50%)
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as this position involves interaction with employees across all levels, as well as Internal and external auditors
- Maintain high level of customer service levels with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop, maintain, and analyze databases and spreadsheets
- Meet multiple deadlines and priorities and forecast workload requirements
- Ability to explain complex information; identify problems and recommend solutions; Make appropriate judgments and decisions.
- 3-5 Years of experience preferred

- Candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with tact, savvy, assertiveness and diplomacy.

- Excellent negotiation skills are required to communicate salaries, policies, performance, raises, scheduling etc.
- Must be organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously/ multitask
- Good IT Skills and proficiency with MS Office products, specifically, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with HCM/HRIS Systems a plus
Additional Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience or Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3 years, but consideration will be given for Time Served in the Military.
- Must have Minimum of 5 years' experience using Microsoft Office Products.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Military, Customer Services, Recruiting, Account Management, Project Management, Human Resources Business Partner or Sales.
- Minimum of 5 years for working in a Corporate Office setting. Able to integrate well with a team and also able to work independently to accomplish the mission.
